本隐私政策适用于 Chrome 扩展程序 MyAccountant（以下简称“MyAccountant”或“本扩展”）。MyAccountant 用于在浏览器本地打开、查看、筛选、搜索和核对用户主动选择的 XLSX 工作簿。
使用本扩展即表示您已阅读并理解本隐私政策。如果您不同意本政策，请停止使用并卸载本扩展。
MyAccountant 不收集、存储或向开发者服务器传输用户的个人数据。
本扩展不会收集：
MyAccountant 仅处理用户通过文件选择器、文件夹选择器或拖放操作主动提供的 XLSX 文件。
工作簿的解析、展示、过滤、搜索、标记、子表分析和双文件核对均在用户的浏览器本地完成。MyAccountant 不会将工作簿内容上传至开发者服务器或第三方服务器，也不会主动读取用户未选择的本地文件。
本扩展可能在当前浏览器会话中临时保存处理工作簿所必需的数据，以实现标签页切换、过滤、搜索、标记和核对等功能。关闭相关页面、重新加载扩展或结束浏览器会话后，这些临时数据将不再由当前页面继续使用。
MyAccountant 仅申请实现核心功能所必需的权限。
downloads仅在用户主动点击保存或导出按钮后，用于下载过滤结果、搜索结果、标记结果或核对结果。本扩展不会在后台自动发起下载。
clipboardWrite仅在用户主动执行复制操作时，将所选表格行或数据写入系统剪贴板。本扩展不会持续监控、读取或在后台修改剪贴板。
当前版本不申请 host_permissions，不读取、不注入也不修改用户访问的网页。
MyAccountant 不出售、出租或共享用户数据，不将用户数据用于广告、营销、信用评估或用户画像。
本扩展的 XLSX 文件解析和核对功能不依赖远程文件处理服务。当前版本不会将工作簿内容发送给第三方人工智能、分析、广告或云存储服务。
由于 MyAccountant 不在开发者服务器上收集或保存用户数据，因此开发者没有可供查询或删除的服务器端用户数据。
用户可以通过关闭扩展页面、清除浏览器扩展数据或卸载 MyAccountant，移除由浏览器为本扩展保留的本地状态。用户主动导出的文件由用户自行管理，可在设备中直接删除。
MyAccountant 通过本地处理减少文件内容离开用户设备的风险。尽管我们会采取合理措施维护扩展安全，但任何软件和设备环境都无法保证绝对安全。建议用户妥善保护设备、浏览器账号和导出文件，并仅打开来源可信的工作簿。

This Privacy Policy applies to the MyAccountant Chrome extension (“MyAccountant” or the “Extension”). MyAccountant helps users locally open, view, filter, search, and reconcile XLSX workbooks that they explicitly select.
By using the Extension, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using and uninstall the Extension.
MyAccountant does not collect, store, or transmit personal data to the developer’s servers.
The Extension does not collect:
MyAccountant processes only XLSX files that the user explicitly provides through a file picker, folder picker, or drag-and-drop action.
Workbook parsing, rendering, filtering, searching, marking, subtable analysis, and two-file reconciliation are performed locally in the user’s browser. MyAccountant does not upload workbook contents to the developer’s servers or third-party servers and does not access local files that the user has not selected.
The Extension may temporarily retain data required to process an opened workbook within the current browser session so that tabs, filtering, searching, marking, and reconciliation can function. This temporary page data is no longer used by the current page after the relevant page is closed, the Extension is reloaded, or the browser session ends.
MyAccountant requests only the permissions required for its core functionality.
downloadsUsed only after the user explicitly clicks a save or export button to download filtered, searched, marked, or reconciliation results. The Extension does not initiate automatic background downloads.
clipboardWriteUsed only when the user explicitly performs a copy action to write selected table rows or data to the system clipboard. The Extension does not continuously monitor, read, or modify the clipboard in the background.
The current version does not request host_permissions and does not read, inject content into, or modify websites visited by the user.
MyAccountant does not sell, rent, or share user data and does not use user data for advertising, marketing, credit assessment, or user profiling.
The Extension does not rely on remote file-processing services for XLSX parsing or reconciliation. The current version does not send workbook contents to third-party artificial intelligence, analytics, advertising, or cloud storage services.
Because MyAccountant does not collect or retain user data on the developer’s servers, the developer has no server-side user data available for access or deletion.
Users may close the Extension page, clear browser extension data, or uninstall MyAccountant to remove local state retained by the browser for the Extension. Files explicitly exported by the user are controlled by the user and can be deleted directly from the device.
MyAccountant reduces the risk of file contents leaving the user’s device by processing files locally. Although we take reasonable measures to maintain the security of the Extension, no software or device environment can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their devices, browser accounts, and exported files and open workbooks only from trusted sources.
MyAccountant is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Extension, please contact us using the method described in this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in functionality, legal requirements, or Chrome Web Store policies. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date or through another appropriate notice. The revised policy becomes effective when published.
